Children’s Sunshine Home

Via Piaras Kelly’s blog comes a very timely reminder about Christmas cards and the fact that many charity cards on sale actually raise very little for charity.
One of the exceptions are the cards on sale in aid of The Children’s Sunshine Home which will use the money raised to help build the first Children’s Hospice in Ireland at the Children’s Sunshine Home, Leopardstown.
As Piaras explains, everyone involved in the project worked for free so that all the proceeds would go to the charity.
